delete your account and data

This page lets anyone using Living Doodle request permanent deletion of their account and the data stored with it.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email address, credentials, session)
• Your Pro entitlement record (plan status linked to your purchase)
• Your usage counters (number of clears)

What is not stored by us

• Your drawings and characters stay on your device only — clearing the app data or uninstalling removes them.
• The camera feature runs entirely on your device; no image or video is ever uploaded.
• Payment records are kept by our payment processor (Stripe) as required by tax and accounting law. A one-time Pro purchase is not refunded by deleting your account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address used in the app and we will delete the account for you within 30 days: support@living-doodle.lovable.app
