Living Doodle is a drawing app where your sketches come to life. This policy explains what data the app handles, what never leaves your device, and how to delete everything.
Data we collect
- Account data — your email address and sign-in credentials, only if you create an account. Handled by our authentication provider.
- Entitlement data — whether your account has the one-time Pro unlock.
- Usage counters — how many times you have cleared the stage, used to apply the free-tier limit.
- Purchase data — if you buy Pro, our payment processor receives your email, an account identifier and your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
Data that never leaves your device
- Your drawings, characters and scenes are stored locally on your device only.
- The optional “watch me” camera feature runs entirely on your device. No image, video or face data is uploaded, stored or shared. Camera access is only active while you turn the feature on and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings.
Why we use this data
To create and secure your account, to apply free and Pro limits, to process your purchase, and to keep the app working. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or analytics. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. We rely on service providers that process data strictly on our behalf:
- Our hosting, authentication and database provider (account and entitlement data).
- Stripe, our payment processor (purchase data).
- Google Fonts, which serves the app typeface and therefore receives the network request (IP address and browser user agent).
Security
All communication between the app and our services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider.
Retention
Account, entitlement and usage data are kept while your account exists and are deleted when you delete your account. Payment records are retained by our payment processor for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deletion is self-service on the account deletion page, or by writing to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes the drawings stored on your device.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
